1. The iPhone X features an edge-to-edge display with a portion at the top to accommodate the front-facing camera and various sensors.
  2. It has glass both on the front and the back with “surgical-grade” stainless steel around the sides.
  3. It is water-resistant and comes in a choice of two colors: space gray or silver.
  4. It has a pixel density of 458ppi which is higher than any iPhone before it – Apple has dubbed it “Super Retina”.
  5. It measures 5.8 inches in diagonal size, with a resolution of 2436 x 1125.
  6. The iPhone X has no home button, instead, users will swipe up from the bottom of the phone.
  7. There is also no more fingerprint authentication, Apple has instead implemented Face ID, which does what the name suggests: unlocks the phone through recognizing your face.
  8. The iPhone X has dual 12-megapixel rear cameras, and it’s equipped with dual optical image stabilization.
  9. (the main camera has a f/1.8 aperture while the telephoto lens has a f/2.4 aperture).
  10. It will contain Apple’s all-new A11 Bionic processor.
  11. Wireless charging will also be available on the iPhone X when Apple release their Airpower charging pad next year.
  12. The iPhone X is priced from $999 with 64GB of storage and there’s an upgraded option with 256GB of storage. Preorders open on October 27th, shipping begins November 3rd.
